- The interview audio and written transcript.
- Suggested scores and a scorecard if the hiring company set scoring criteria.
- Basic technical and security information needed to run the service.
Who can see it
People the employer has added to its Kira workspace can access candidate interview data. Service providers process data as needed to host the platform, run the interview, create the transcript, and deliver the service.
A small number of authorized Kira staff may access candidate details, recordings, transcripts, and scores only for support or scoring quality checks. Each access is logged.
