How requests work
- Tell the hiring company which vacancy and interview your request concerns.
- Ask for access, a copy, correction, restriction, or deletion.
Candidate requests are handled manually. There is no candidate self-service deletion or download button, and interview data does not disappear automatically after a fixed period.
A completed deletion removes the candidate record and the related recording, transcript, scorecard, and notes for that company. Read what is recorded and who can see it for the data involved.
Each employer controls its own workspace. If you interviewed with more than one company, send a separate request to each one.
