About
The person behind Kira
I’m Vladimir Terekhov, co-founder of Attract Group, a US software company I started in 2011.
Fifteen years of building software for other companies — fifty-odd people, Las Vegas and Amsterdam. Kira is the first product that is my own.
If Kira gets something wrong, it’s mine to fix. Write to me, not to a queue.
Why voice
A camera stops people
Camera anxiety and video refusal run through the one-way-video reviews on G2 and Capterra.
G2 and Capterra review mining, July 2026.
Voice asks for nothing a candidate doesn’t already have. A phone, and a few minutes, on their own evening.
What we believe
Why we built Kira
Four convictions. They decide what goes into the product, and what stays out of it.
Candidates should actually finish
Screening shouldn’t ask for a camera, an app, or a quiet room with a laptop in it. Talking is something everyone can already do.
Screening everyone shouldn’t cost enterprise money
A small team should be able to just buy this. No sales call, no annual commitment, no budget meeting before you can talk to your applicants.
Evidence, not gut feel
A score you can’t trace back to the candidate’s own words is worse than no score. Every judgment here links to a quote you can hear.
Trust is built in, not bolted on
Candidates always know they’re talking to AI. No camera, no surveillance, nothing inferred from how a voice sounds. A person makes every decision.
Our position
What we won’t build
Four things stay out of the product. Not for now — at all.
No proctoring
No camera, no screen watching, no eye tracking. Kira listens to the answer, not to the room.
No cheating detection
We won’t call anyone dishonest because software had a hunch.
No automated rejection
Kira never rejects anyone. A person on your team makes every call.
Nothing read into a voice
No emotion recognition, no personality scoring. What a candidate says counts. How they sound doesn’t.
