How it works
What you actually do
Kira runs the first round for you: AI voice screening in three steps. Paste a job, edit the questions Kira drafts, share one link.
Describe the job
Paste the job description or type a few lines. Kira drafts five to eight questions and what to listen for.
Edit the draft
Change a question, ask for a rewrite, add a must-have. Give each criterion clear Weak, OK, and Strong anchors.
Send it out
Post it on job boards, email it, or let your careers page carry it. No app, no login.
Nothing to integrate. The link opens on any device.
The interview
What Kira does on the call
- No camera
- No proctoring
- Any device
- 13 languages
Voice, on their time
Candidates answer when it suits them. No slot to book, no software to install.
Follow-ups, not a script
When an answer is thin, Kira asks about it instead of moving on to the next question.
Survives a dropped call
The candidate reopens the link and Kira resumes at the first question they hadn’t answered.
Captions as she speaks
Live captions run word by word beside Kira’s voice, for anyone who would rather read.
Nothing is watching
No camera, no screen capture, no cheating detection. That is a decision, not a missing feature.
No clock on the answer
Nobody is rushed and no question is timed. The whole interview has to finish inside 90 minutes, and almost nobody gets near it.
What comes back
One scorecard per interview
Built to skim in a minute, and to hold up a month later when someone asks why.
- Band
- Strong, Mixed or Weak. When the evidence was too thin to call, it says so instead of guessing.
- Must-haves
- Marked Met, Not met or Not confirmed, each with the evidence behind it.
- Quotes
- One or two per criterion, timestamped, word for word from the transcript.
Every quote is machine-matched to the real transcript turn. Paraphrases are dropped rather than printed.
Then you decide
Compare
Up to ten candidates side by side, criterion by criterion. No total, no ranking, no shortlist picked for you.
Blind review
One toggle hides names and emails across the app. Candidates read as “Candidate 224” until you turn it off.
Kira never rejects anyone.
The AI assessment is labelled read-only. Your rating, notes and stage sit in a separate panel that Kira never writes to.
Or skip the scoring
Set a vacancy to collect-only and Kira records and transcribes with no AI assessment at all.
For teams whose policy or jurisdiction rules out automated assessment. You still get the conversation.
Everything included
Everything Kira-AI does
All of it in every plan. The plans differ only in interviews a month.
Set up
AI interview plan from your job ad
Paste the ad. Kira drafts the questions, puts your must-haves first and proposes what to listen for. You edit everything before it goes live.
Anchors you write
Describe a weak, an OK and a strong answer for each criterion. Every criterion counts the same.
Preview the candidate page
See the page candidates get before anyone has the link.
Interview
In the browser, no account
Candidates open the link and talk. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
13 languages, set per vacancy
Candidates take the interview in the language you choose for the role.
One follow-up when an answer is thin
If an answer names no concrete example, Kira asks once for the specifics, then moves on.
Resume after a dropped connection
Reopen the link and Kira picks up at the first unanswered question.
Scorecard and review
Transcript, audio and the quotes behind the scores
Read it, play it. Kira’s evidence is the candidate’s own words with the moment they were said, so you can jump there.
No guessing
When the evidence is thin, Kira leaves the criterion unscored. Long pauses appear as plain seconds and count for nothing.
Compare candidates side by side
Up to ten scorecards next to each other, criterion by criterion.
Blind review
Names and email addresses are hidden while your team reviews.
Your rating and notes beside Kira’s
Your team’s rating is recorded separately from the AI assessment.
Pipeline stages you name
Rename the stages, add your own, drop the ones you don’t use.
Reach candidates
Invitations, tracked
See who was invited, who opened the link, who finished. Resend or revoke as needed.
Private, by link or listed
Per vacancy: invitation only, open to anyone with the link, or on your careers page. By link, candidates enter their email, get a code and start.
Hosted careers page with your branding
Your open roles on one page, in your colours, with your logo.
Trust and account
Unlimited team members, with an activity log
Add your whole team. Changes in the workspace are recorded with who made them and when.
No automated rejection
Kira has no reject action. Nothing in the product moves a candidate out of your pipeline; a person does.
Data stored in the EU
Recordings, transcripts and account data. Deleted on request, with signed confirmation.
Works with ChatGPT and Claude
Connect either one to draft vacancies, invite people and read results. Data you ask for is sent to that assistant’s provider.
