Every new account gets a free trial with 100 candidate screenings included — no credit card required. You get full access to all Starter plan features, including unlimited job positions, AI-generated summaries, and customizable screening questions. Your trial doesn't expire based on time — it lasts until you've used all 100 screenings.

You'll receive a notification as you approach your limit. Once reached, new candidate screenings are paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan. All existing data, summaries, and scorecards remain fully accessible — nothing is deleted.

Yes. You can upgrade instantly — the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan's features until then.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing with net-30 payment terms.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls or emails required. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you decide to come back.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We process candidate interviews on secure infrastructure and never share your data with third parties. Enterprise plans include additional security features and dedicated infrastructure options.
