Does Kira decide whether I get the job?
No. Kira does not accept or reject candidates; people at the hiring company make the decision.
What Kira does
Kira conducts the voice interview and creates a recording and transcript. If the company set scoring criteria, Kira also drafts suggested scores based on the content of your answers. Some interviews run without AI scoring.
When scoring is used, the hiring team can inspect the evidence behind it in the scorecard. Scores are advisory. Kira does not make the hiring decision and does not automatically reject anyone.
What Kira does not assess
Kira does not score emotion, personality, tone of voice, accent, speech patterns, or appearance. It is an audio-only interview with no video or camera access. Scoring uses what you said, not how your voice sounds.
The company can review the recording, transcript, and any suggested scores before deciding what happens next.
