Can I interview candidates without AI scoring?
Yes. During vacancy creation, select Continue without scoring and confirm the choice.
The option appears under What Kira listens for while you review the draft interview plan.
- Start by creating a vacancy and review the generated plan.
- Under What Kira listens for, select Continue without scoring.
- Confirm the choice. Kira removes every listens-for item and its question links. The questions and must-haves stay.
- Publish the vacancy.
Candidates still complete the same voice interview. Kira records and transcribes their answers, but it does not create scores or an overall band.
This is a creation-only action, not an on/off setting on a published vacancy. A published plan is scored whenever it has items under What Kira listens for. Any later plan changes apply to future interviews.
When scoring is active, use the evidence in the scorecard as decision support. Kira does not make the hiring decision.
