How do I edit the interview plan?
Open the vacancy, choose Interview plan, make your changes, then select Save changes.
The plan follows the order Kira uses in the interview. Must-haves come first, followed by the main questions.
- Add, remove, rewrite, or reorder questions.
- Edit each must-have and the question Kira asks to confirm it.
- Edit What Kira listens for. These items are the criteria used for scoring.
- Connect a question to one or more listens-for items. These links help plan the interview, but Kira still scores relevant evidence from the whole conversation.
- Open a listens-for item to edit its Weak, OK, and Strong answer descriptions.
Saved changes apply to future interviews only. Completed interviews keep the plan and score descriptions they used. Read how scorecards are verified if you need to interpret results from different plan versions.
If the vacancy has no listens-for items, future interviews provide a recording and transcript without a scorecard. The creation flow also has a specific option to start without AI scoring.
