How do I create a vacancy?
Open Vacancies, select New vacancy, add the job description or describe the role, then review and publish the draft Kira creates.
- Open Vacancies and select New vacancy.
- Paste the job description, or describe the role in a few sentences. Choose the interview language, then select Draft my interview.
- Review the vacancy title, candidate-facing description, must-haves, questions, and What Kira listens for. Everything is editable. You can also use Preview candidate page before publishing. See how to edit the interview plan.
- If you only need a recording and transcript, you can continue without AI scoring during creation.
- Complete the scoring acknowledgment if it appears, then select Publish vacancy.
The vacancy is published and starts as Private. Personal email invitations work immediately, but the public vacancy page remains hidden until you change its visibility to Link or Listed.
