What do Private, Link, and Listed mean for a vacancy?
Private limits candidate access to personal email invitations, Link enables a public address, and Listed can also place the vacancy on your careers page.
- Private
- The public address does not show the vacancy. Candidates can still use personal email invitations. Every new vacancy starts as Private.
- Link
- Anyone with the public address can open the vacancy page and apply while it is accepting interviews. It does not appear on the company careers page, and search engines are instructed not to index it.
- Listed
- It works like Link. While the vacancy is accepting interviews, it is also eligible for the company careers page when that page is enabled. If the careers page is off, the vacancy behaves like Link.
Change visibility in the vacancy's Settings tab. Use Share to copy the public address after selecting Link or Listed. See all ways to share a vacancy.
