What do Invite only, Anyone with the link, and Careers page mean for a vacancy?
Invite only limits candidate access to personal email invitations, Anyone with the link enables a public link, and Careers page can also place the vacancy on your careers page.
- Invite only
- The public address does not show the vacancy. Candidates can still use personal email invitations. Every new vacancy starts as Invite only.
- Anyone with the link
- Anyone with the public address can open the vacancy page and apply while it is accepting interviews. It does not appear on the company careers page, and search engines are instructed not to index it.
- Careers page
- It works like Anyone with the link. While the vacancy is accepting interviews, it is also eligible for the company careers page when that page is enabled. If the careers page is off, the vacancy behaves like Anyone with the link.
Change visibility in the vacancy's Vacancy settings. After selecting Anyone with the link or Careers page, copy the public link there or use Share link in the vacancy header. See all ways to share a vacancy.
