How do I share a vacancy with candidates?
Use personal email invitations, share the vacancy's public address, or list the vacancy on your company careers page.
- Personal email invitation
- Open the vacancy's Invitations tab and send one or more addresses. Each candidate receives a private link. This works while the vacancy is Private. See how to invite candidates by email.
- Public address
- Open Settings and change visibility to Link or Listed. Then use Share to copy the public address. Anyone who has it can open the page, and can apply while the vacancy is accepting interviews. Compare the three visibility options.
- Company careers page
- Choose Listed to make an accepting vacancy eligible for your public careers page when that page is enabled. Listed vacancies also keep the same shareable public address.
The public address stays with the vacancy through pausing, archiving, and publishing again. What candidates see at that address changes with the vacancy state. Read what happens when you pause or archive.
