How your free trial works
Your free trial includes 25 interviews and 30 days. You don’t need to enter card details, and there is no charge when the trial ends.
25 interviews
An interview counts when a candidate starts it.
30 days
Starts when your first candidate outside the team completes an interview.
Either limit reached
New candidates can’t start an interview.
Keep interviews available
Before the trial ends, your workspace owner must choose a paid plan and complete payment.

When do the 30 days start?
Your 30 days start when the first candidate outside your team completes an interview. Your team’s test interviews do not start this period.
Interviews started before then still count toward your 25. You do not get another 25 when the 30 days begin.
Team tests can also count toward the interview limit after your free test sessions are used. See which interviews count for details, including rejoining and retries.
What happens when the trial ends?
- New candidates can’t start interviews. They see that interviews are unavailable, without any payment details.
- Candidates who already started can continue or rejoin within the interview’s existing time limit.
- You can still view your saved results.
How to keep interviews available
Ask your workspace owner to open Billing, choose a paid plan, and complete payment before the trial ends. Only the owner can do this.
The paid plan starts only after payment is complete. Choosing a plan alone is not enough.
After payment, review any invitations you sent earlier and resend them if needed. Kira-AI does not resend them automatically.
How we warn your team
Your workspace owner and everyone who has joined the workspace can receive up to three emails: an early warning, a final warning, and a notice if new interviews are paused.
If your trial runs out quickly, you may skip straight to a later notice. Check the app banner or Billing for the current status. Emails may arrive too late if several candidates start at once.
