How do I compare candidates side by side?
Select two to ten completed candidates with scorecards, then choose Compare to line up their evidence by criterion.
- Open the vacancy's Candidates tab and select the candidates you want to review. Only completed, scored interviews can be compared.
- Choose Compare candidates. Kira opens one matrix for the selected people in that vacancy.
- Scan the must-haves and each item under What Kira listened for across the columns. The matrix also shows strengths, gaps, your rating, and candidate feedback when available.
- Top marks one candidate's unique highest score for that criterion. Ties receive no Top mark, and there is no overall winner.
- Open a candidate's name to read the full scorecard and verify its rationale, quotes, transcript, and audio.
The matrix does not replace reviewing each scorecard or making the hiring decision yourself. After review, move candidates to the appropriate pipeline stage.
