What should I do if my interview is interrupted?
Wait for Kira to reconnect, or select Rejoin the interview if that option appears.
Continue the same attempt
- Keep the interview page open while it reconnects. If you went offline, reconnect your device first.
- Select Rejoin the interview if automatic recovery stops and Kira offers that button.
- If you closed the page, open your personal link from the invitation email and continue.
- To switch browser or device, open that personal emailed link there. The public vacancy address does not recover your existing attempt.
Answers already completed are saved. Kira continues with the first unanswered item. The question that was in progress may repeat if its answer was not saved before the interruption.
Check your microphone again when Kira asks. If the link is inactive, use the link troubleshooting guide.
An interview cannot resume after you confirm End or after Kira reports a terminal failure. In that case, the hiring company decides whether to send a retry. See what happens when you mute, skip, or leave.
