Warehouse and logistics

# They applied from a phone, on a break

One-way video asks that person for a laptop, a camera and a lit room. Kira-AI asks them to talk.

No app No camera No quiet room

The reality01

## How the shift gets filled

Hourly postings arrive in bursts and go stale in days. Most of the screen is a checklist you still have to hear out loud.

- ### No-shows are normal

You book twelve phone screens for Tuesday and seven people pick up.

- ### Questions are short

Shifts, licence, lifting, and how they get here for a 22:00 start.

- ### Speed decides it

An applicant who waits three days for your call has already started somewhere else.

The format02

## What each format asks of them

This is the whole argument for voice on a warehouse funnel.

### One-way video needs

- A laptop, or a phone camera good enough
- A quiet room with light on their face
- Recording themselves alone, in takes
- Being comfortable on camera

### Kira-AI needs

- Any device
- Ten minutes

If the signal drops, the candidate can return to an active interview and continue after their last saved answer.

Chipotle’s AI hiring assistant took application completion from 50% to 85%, and time to hire from 12 days to 4.

Reported by Fortune, June 2026. Restaurants, not warehouses: the same hourly funnel, and a market finding rather than a Kira-AI number.
