# Why isn’t my interview link or code working?

Your invitation, link, or code may be expired, paused, replaced, unavailable, or temporarily limited.

## What to do

-   Expired invitation: contact the hiring company and ask it to send a new link.
-   Interview paused: keep the email. The same personal link can work again if the company reopens the interview while the invitation is still active.
-   Link unavailable or inactive: ask the sender to confirm that you have the current link. An older link may have been replaced or revoked.
-   Code not confirmed: use the personal link in the email, request a new code, or try again later.
-   Page temporarily busy: wait a few minutes and use Try again.

If Kira-AI says the interview stopped because of a problem on its side, the hiring company can send a fresh invitation if it wants you to retry.
